Rules and Policies - National Casino Ireland

This page sets out the rules that apply to your use of this website and summarises the policies you agree to when you follow one of our links to the operator. Read it before you register anywhere.

This is an independent information site about National Casino Ireland. We do not operate games, we do not hold player funds, and we cannot open, close or credit an account. Every link on this site leads to the operator, where the operator's own terms and conditions apply.

Terms of Use

By opening this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

  • Age: This site is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age. We do not knowingly provide information to minors.
  • Purpose: Everything here is published for information. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer to gamble.
  • Accuracy: Bonus amounts, wagering requirements and game specifications change often. We check them regularly, but the operator's own pages are always the authority. If the two disagree, the operator wins.
  • Our links: Some links to the operator are commercial. If you register through one, we may receive a commission. It never changes the price you pay, the bonus you receive or what we write.

We may change these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

Local law decides whether you may gamble online at all. Some countries restrict or prohibit it, and it is your responsibility to know the rules where you live. Nothing here encourages you to break them.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

The operator is bound by anti-money-laundering rules under its Curaçao and Kahnawake licences. Those rules shape what happens to your account, so they are worth understanding before you deposit.

  • Identity checks (KYC): Before your first withdrawal the operator asks for proof of identity and address - typically a passport or ID card and a recent utility bill. Enter your real details at registration; the security team compares them against these documents.
  • One player, one account: Multiple accounts are treated as an AML risk and are closed.
  • Source of funds: For larger deposits or withdrawals the operator may ask where the money came from. Refusing to answer can freeze a payout.
  • Payment ownership: You may only fund an account with a payment method in your own name. Third-party cards and wallets are rejected.
  • Reporting: The operator is required to report suspicious activity to its regulator and may suspend an account while a check is running.

We are not party to any of this. We never receive, hold or process your identity documents, and no one on our side can accelerate a verification. Requests of that kind go to the operator's support team.

Privacy

We collect as little as possible, and what we collect stays with us.

  • What we collect: Aggregate, anonymous traffic data - which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, which browser they use.
  • What we do not collect: We have no registration, no login and no contact form, so we hold no names, e-mail addresses, payment details or identity documents.
  • What we never do: We do not sell data and we do not build advertising profiles.

When you follow a link to the operator you leave this site. From that moment the operator's privacy policy governs what is collected about you, and the operator becomes the data controller. Read its policy on its own site.

If your local law gives you rights over data held about you - access, correction, deletion, objection - those rights are exercised with the party that holds the data. For anything you have given the operator, that is the operator.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use very few.

  • Necessary: One cookie remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. The site does not work correctly without it.
  • Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated measurement of which pages are read. It does not identify you.
  • Affiliate: When you follow a commercial link, the operator may set a cookie that records which site referred you. That cookie is the operator's, not ours.

You can delete cookies or block them entirely in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading this site; it will only mean the cookie notice returns on each visit.

Responsible Gaming

Gambling is entertainment, and it costs money. It is not a way to earn an income, and it is not a way to recover money you have already lost. The house edge is built into every game, and no strategy removes it.

Watch for the warning signs: playing for longer than you meant to, betting more than you planned, chasing losses, borrowing to play, hiding how much you play, or feeling anxious when you are not playing.

  • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap in your account settings. It applies immediately.
  • Loss and session limits: Cap what you can lose and how long a session runs.
  • Time out: Lock yourself out for a short period when you need a break.
  • Self-exclusion: Freeze access for a long period or permanently. Once set, it cannot be lifted early.

If gambling has stopped being fun, free and confidential help is available. Contact BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gambling Therapy or the national helpline where you live. Speaking to someone early is far easier than doing it late.

18+ only. Play responsibly. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
